Accuracy Starts With Your Guest List
We need the complete guest list organized by table exactly as it will appear on the final display. Please group each guest under the correct table and review spelling, table numbers, and the order of names before sending it to us.
How It Works
- After your quote is approved, your date is secured through the 30% deposit process.
- Send the complete guest list organized by table 14 days before your event.
- Review the digital mockup and approve it before printing.
- We coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup.
Timing and Revisions
Changes requested 10 days or less before the event incur a revision fee starting at $50. The final fee depends on the changes required. Some requests may not be possible due to the time remaining or the nature of the changes.
