How to Build Your Package

Select at least one item from a minimum of 4 of the 6 categories. You may skip up to two categories. Your package cannot be added to the cart until you meet this minimum. Choose your products and quantities only; wording, colors, and other customization details will be coordinated with our team afterward. Your estimated total updates automatically as you add, remove, or change your selections.

Your Package Savings

The 15% discount applies to the current rental price of every selected piece, including your selected table-number quantity. The original price, package savings, and estimated discounted total are shown while you build. Items requested separately are not included in this package discount. Availability, delivery, setup, customization, and final pricing are personally confirmed by our team. This is a rental request, not an online payment or confirmed reservation.

Guest Book Rental Details

For audio and video guest books, the small instruction mirror is included and flowers are not included. Use is unlimited from delivery through the end of the event during the rental period. Recorded content is sent to the client within 48 hours after the event. Audio and video guest books are intended for indoor use; outdoor rentals require a refundable deposit. The deposit is returned in full if the item is collected in perfect condition.

Seating Chart Guest List & Changes

If your package includes a seating chart, please send your complete guest list at least 14 days before your event. For seating charts with individual cards, the list must be organized by table. When lettering is applied directly to the mirror in vinyl, the list may be organized by table or alphabetically, according to your preference.

Changes requested within 10 days of the event incur an additional fee starting at $50. The final fee depends on the changes needed. Some changes may not be possible due to the time remaining or the nature of the request.
