Build Your Vintage Duo

Choose the role of each mirror and enter how many table numbers you need. Your package always includes exactly one welcome mirror and one seating chart, with one Main and one Petite mirror. The package total updates automatically when you change your selections.

How It Works

We review your request, prepare a personalized quote, and send a digital mockup for approval before printing. Delivery, setup, and pickup are arranged with our team. Availability is confirmed individually; this is a rental request, not an online payment or confirmed reservation.

Seating Chart Guest List Deadline & Changes

If your package includes a seating chart, please send your complete guest list at least 14 days before the event. For seating charts with individual table cards, the list must be organized by table. For seating charts with vinyl lettering directly on the mirror, you may organize the list by table or alphabetically, according to your preference. For alphabetical lists, include each guest's table assignment. Double-check all names, spelling, and table assignments before submitting the list.

Changes requested 10 days or less before the event incur a revision fee starting at $50. The final fee depends on the changes required. Some requests may not be possible due to the time remaining or the nature of the changes.
