3. Approve your mockup — we send a digital preview for your approval before we begin production.
4. We customize everything exclusively for your event.

Important to Know

• You can request modifications up to 10 days before the event. After that, changes are no longer possible.
• If you submit your details after the deadline, a rush fee will apply.
• Be Extra Miami carries an active Certificate of Insurance (COI).
• Depending on the event, we may require a loss & damage deposit.
• Our team exclusively performs all vinyl work. We do not allow third-party vendors or clients to modify the boards in any way.
