How It Works

After you submit your request, we review availability, prepare your personalized quote, and send a digital mockup for approval before printing. Delivery, setup, and pickup are arranged with our team.

Seating Chart Guest List Deadline & Changes

Please send your complete guest list at least 14 days before the event, organized by table or alphabetically, according to your preference. For alphabetical lists, include each guest's table assignment. Double-check all names, spelling, and table assignments before submitting the list.

Changes requested 10 days or less before the event incur a revision fee starting at $50. The final fee depends on the changes required. Some requests may not be possible due to the time remaining or the nature of the changes.
